Phone stoped working after 7 days of purchase!

I purchased Nokia handset Nokia 6265 CDMA Tata Indicom on 23.11.2006 but today 1.12.2006 the phone ringer stopped working and i had deposit the handset at nokia care M/s Sachdeva Sales, Sadar Bazar, Sirsa 125055 Haryana INDIA and they had forwarded the handset to company is the Nokia product stops working in 7 days from purchase. SHAME ON NOKIA!
