I have a Nokia 8800 with a slide problem that is only 6 months old. It was given for repair at Gulati communications, cp on the 25th October. On the 16th November after a lot of struggle, they managed to replace the handset but it turned out to have the same defect all over again but this had a different IMEI number. We have returned the handset to them once again and they say that they cant do anything about it. IS THIS WHAT ONE SHOULD EXPECT FROM A COMPANY LIKE NOKIA???
