I am Shiva, a Senior citizen living in a Seniors' Home in Coimbatore. My Nokia6020 Sl NO:255373009059157 failed to charge. so I sent the handset on 9th August to Nokia care Service center situated in Shree Gokulam Towers, #306, 100 FT rd, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore-641012.He serviced (supposedly) and sent it back charging me Rs.331/- apart from the shopping conveyance expenses of RS.300/-

But the handset was whimsical-some days it will charge and most days it wont.. Finally on 09/09, I went personally, again spending conveyance of RS.300. I was advised to replace the charger costing Rs.310/-

But the situation did not change. But I managed with my wife's mobile and the landline as it is very tedious for me to travel and get cheated by dissatisfactory service.

In the meanwhile, I got myself another handset and went to Nokia center to transfer data.. When I sounded my troubles to your service-man, he looked into the old handset, certified it to be one of the best, charged me Rs.280/ and sent me back happily, only to frustrate me again with a mobile that refuses to charge.

I call upon NOkia to reimburse me with Rs.1821/and collect your charger from me forthwith. Lest I will be forced to go the consumer court.
