Nokia is a biggest cheater. I purchased a N72 set in Jan which gave me a lot of trouble from day 1. Its camera was malfunctioning. It was given to Nokia care centre patel Nagar New Delhi on 13-09 2007 for the Second time for the same fault. They have changed the Body of the cellphone with a junk and forcing me to accept it under warrantee. Is it the way an authorised service centre of Nokia to have a heap of junk material to replace parts? It is like putting on torn cloths and then say u remain as it is, from inner U r allright. I have spent Rs.14500/- for the new one and for for a junk. Please help in replacing the set. Nokia people are deaf and dumb. I recoomned not to buy any Nokia Set and they are definetely going to loose the market in near future if they dont care for their valued customers.
