D, sir we r using bsnl landline no.01675221270 since 8years, sir but now from 6 months our phone is not working properly, we complaint about it many times then they clear it temporarly, and after a week it get dead, our business is suffering very much, u can also check the our telephone records before six months, we think now we wasteing our money in minimum rent, so please sir either look into the matter as soon as possible or we will go to consumer cout
