Disconnection of post paid airtel sim

Sir, I want to disconnect my existing airtel postpaid connection having following details -

Airtel number : 9957173040

Relationship number : 122-100118048

I have already approached to Airtel Head office, in Sixmile kere in Guwahati. But, they instructed me to launch a complaint through emal. so, I request you to please do the needful as early as possible.
