Base Phone set
Set is not working since 13th Feb'12

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my land line (no.230732) telephone caller ID set was not working and given for repairing/replacement to BSNL exchange, ITI Mankapur on 13th Feb'12 but since then neither it has been repaired nor replaced, even after repeated/daily follow up.

It seems no body cares for the customers problems seriously. Now my question is whether will you charge the rent from me for period since 13th Feb'12 for unused telephone?

I used to pay the bills in time regularly since last 22 years. Since I am one of your oldest customer, I would like to request you kindly take care of the customers feelings and try to resolve the matter as early as possible otherwise I will have to look for other options, whether I should continue my good relation with you or break.
