I switched from Vodafone to Airtel, on 5th May and received a confirmatory message about the activation of the services on the 10th May. For last 7 days, I am unable to receive or send any call, despite repeated complaints to customer care. Every time the supervisor (Mr Amitabh and Mr Harpreet) informed that the matter will be resolved but there is no result.
I am really surprised, if at this stage I am receiving such a customer care response from Airtel, what type of services you are going to provide in future.
I have provided this number to some important customers from whom I am expecting some business calls. The non receipt of these calls may give me heavy losses. I therefore request an Urgent Action maybe taken to restore my connection without further delay.
