Deduction of amont by providing unwanted servies

Dear Sir,

My name is Tushar Shinde and my Airtel number is 9892868374 since last 7 years. My complaint is regarding providing unwanted services and deducting huge amount from my prepaid balance. Services (such as astrology, video chat) which I don't want are imposed on me and thereby deducting huge amount from my balance.

so you are requested to please do the needful otherwise I have to change my network.
