Sir,

I wish to bring your kind notice that the service your giving in AP is very poor specially with the charges. I am your customer from last 5 yrs with two numbers. The present number on which i am facing the the complaint is terrible no one is there to give the answer.

Prob:

1) Regarding the Number portability: As per the charges and poor services i just want to shift to other net work and i opted for the PORT option provided as per the TRAI guide lines.. I got a call from ur side by mentioning that your reducing the call cost to me as im ur privilege customer and the deal was local Airtel to airtel 10 ps/min and other mobile 30 ps/min with daily debit of 1 rs and this is for LIFE TIME... but after six months you discontinued the contract with out my approval and you started charging me for 1.2 ps/sec so again i shifted to PORT option the result is same again you people came up with same old deal again. So i believed you people but the result is again i cheated i got 30 ps/min cal to any mobile in AP with daily debit of Rs 2 this time almst double the rate but i havnt got the Airtel to Airtel 10 ps/min offer. So i need a proper explanation why u cheated me Twice?

2) Regarding the Customer care Service:

The Cm care service is so pathetic they doesnt know how to handle the customers the floor supervisors are unable to help me after plenty of complaints. Today i again made a complaint with complaint number CWRCH21101155680 i hope u can check my number with this complaint.

The complaint about the debit of charges you people give big big adds but poor poor services i opted for night calling pack which says at that time the call cost is 1 rs/20 min that is 5p/min local airtel to airtel call cost. But u charged me abour 10ps/min i register by sending the msg on 19/oct/11 as *333*21# So i need the proper explanation why did you charge me double?

3) I am already escalating the case in TRAI after this mail hope i ll get a proper response from their.
