Airtel Prepaid Connection
Horrible Service

I have been facing lots of issues with Airtel pertains to the Value Added Services. I have been talking to the Customer Care Officers since three weeks on de-activating all the value added services and the Customer Care Officers promptly replied that the services are de-activated. But to my surprise, even now one or the other services are activated and every day at least Rs. 2 / 3 are debited from my account without my assent. In addition to that I did place a request for DND last week and I could not understand why this is not activated yet. Does it require a week long process?

Even this morning, I have talked to 4 /5 Customer Care Officers and they promptly confirmed that no services are active. Unfortunately, even this evening, I have received an SMS at 17.47 hours activating the Health (Skin) tips. I could not understand on what basis these services are activated and what is the control mechanism. When I called the Customer Care Officers this morning and evening, someone is talking and after 10 minutes interaction, they said that the call is landed at Andhra Pradesh / Karnataka counter and somebody would call me. They did mention that there is some technical snag leading to, all these issues and apologized.

These issues had really irritated me and I am certainly unhappy with the services of Airtel. I don’t mind in closing my Airtel connection and I can also understand that Airtel has huge customer base and does not have time to sort out the issues of a small individual customer or does not bother to attend the issues at all.

The overall service experience is pathetic and incorrigible and now I regret why did I move from Vodafone to Airtel.

PATHETIC AND SHAMEFUL SERVICE FROM AIRTEL.

Beware my dear friends.. and I think it’s time to revisit your Airtel connection continuity….
