I am working in Dubai. In india, at my home; my aged father and mother only.

Last six months we are suffering about our BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION;(some time connection not get from outside, some time sound from one side only, and so on...)So many regional complaint given about same matter.but till now authority not take it seriors or nothing to do for the permenent solution.

Connection is under the name of my father G.PARAMESWARAN PILLAI,

I am humply requesting, do the needful for the permenent solution
