Sir,

i purchased an Airtel Sim No. 9748323923 fom Regs. Airtel Counter presenting passport size photo alongwith photocopy of EPIC Card as proof of Address & Identity clearly ; a couple of months back I was sent sms repeatedly to submit photo & EPIC Card again for verification, which I submitted instantly at the local Authorised Airtel Shop. On 3 / 01 / 11 my Airtel connection was temporarily disconnected, I face great financial loss due to this trouble.

Please take necessary action under intimation to me.
