I have been encountering this problem with the postpaid connection of Airtel and my cell no is 7738848888, I contacted the customer care from my landline and the peson kept me on hold for almost 25 min and did not come back to me I am really upset with this service provider and I have made my payments on time and I
nota defaulter as of date I need to make emergency calls at certain time emergence because of senior citizen in my home of the age of 78 yrs and 70 yrs, thid not accepted with this promising service provider, could you please rectify the problem/ fix the problem at the earliest and see that this does not happen in future if you wish me to continue with Airtel. you may pease communicate to me at [email protected] this problem Ihave been facin on 18/07 and contacted the customer care on 9892012345 from my landline and ther is a very por response with no attention.
