Dear sir myself Bedaprakash Mohapatra i m using Airtel network gsm mobile number 9337064829 .they have deducted my balance without any information or message to me for Caller tunes which i dont want at all . when i called to customer care they said we cant do anything and cut the call after that i have many times called to the customer care no.s that is 121 and 198 but the calls are blocked from my mobile to customer care by this Airtel Customer care executive at last being too much harrashed from this type of activity i am giving complain here, hence i request you to please refund the money to my balance and deactivate caller tunes as soon as possible, i have called to customer care since last five days but the calls are not going from my mobile to customer care.hence resolve my problem or else i will port out from Airtel this is my final decisions.
