BHARATI AIRTEL
Restriction of outgoing calls

Self, A Central Govt. Employee, staying in Hadapsar for the last 25 years, obtained the said connection a couple of years back. While obtaining the connection, all legal documents were submitted.

I have received an SMS from Airtel to submit my documents (about 4 months back) again. When I was in the process of submitting the documents, I met with an accident and were hospitalized for about 4 months and during the period of my illness the outgoing call facility is discontinued. Since my husband is away from Home and I could not walk, I requested your people to restore the facility and I will submit the documents as soon as I recover from my illness. In spite of my repeated request, no action has been taken. In the meantime, I send to several mails to your Customer Care, Nodal Office and Appellate. Mumbai Office.

On 17/03, I visited your Relationship Office situated at Shivam Complex, Hadapsar, Pune-28 (from Hospital bed), submitted the documents and signed relevant form, as per requirement.

On 19/03, I promptly informed all Concerned about my submission of documents and I got "Always Readymade ssage that things will be sorted out in 24 hours/3 working days".

Till now, no action has been taken to restore the outgoing call facility.
