Duduction from my balance and scheme is not activate on my sim to land line free calls

Dear Sir

I am taking Prepaid SIM from Sahibag-Goda Camp BSNL offfice on 16/17-2under the scheme free call from mobile to Landline totaly free calls but the same day Rs. 33 baland which I got from my SIM and then after cll on my Landline no 0.65 paisa & date of 27/2, 0.13 paisa which is i call my home Landline no also deducted where should i go for their to take money back on my account? After providing that much day as a service provider how much time should be taken for free call to Landline? My Mobile no is 09409057602 SIM No: 8991579033311580902
