Wrongly Deducted Msgs from Balance

Sir,

My BSNL Mobile No. is 9408139470. Company is wrongly deducting message from balance. I lodged cumplaint to customer care so many times. even though, till today the problem have not been solved.

My complaint is that when i am sending only 1 msg containing 2-3 words means 8-10 characters, company is charging me for 4 msg immediately.

You are kindly be requested to solve my complaint.
