Sir,

I have the honour to inform you that my Telephone No-286260 under Gumrah Telephone Exchange was out of order including Broadband service from 5th May to 31/10/10 due to under ground cable fault. I complained several times at S.D.E.Badarpur Telephone Exchange for Rent Rebate for that period but till today I have not got any Rent Rebate papers, so now my telephone is also not working due to non payment of bills.

So, I therefore, pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to exempt me from monthly rental of my telephone including Broadband for that period only, and I also promise to pay monthly bill in time If I get proper service in future.
