I was a BSNL home consumer having no. 01412701711. On 26.09.2009 i requested the BSNL department to shift my phone from my current address to another address for which they alloted me a new number. After some time i requested them to shift back to my present address with the same number. Due to technical error on their part the phone connection did not get activate and as i was not residing at the said place till May 28th i did not compliant about the matter. However, i was regularly paying the bills to the BSNL for the connection. When i started staying at the address i realised that the line connection was dead. I visiited there office and they told me that maybe your bills are pending so clear them, we did that but nothing happened. We filled formal complaint on 23rd July which was closed without any response. Again electronic complaint was filled in August and till now there is no response from them. On our visit to their office now, they don't even ready to listen to u and speak to u rudely.
