Hi my name is chetan and I am using the airtel prepaid no 8826656446 the airtel company is charging money for missed calls alert from the date i am using the number and i am not geting any kind of missed call alerts and when i called the customer care number 121 and asked for missed call alerts of 24/10 on an urgent basis they refused and even i spoke to the manager name sandeep kumar he was also having no knoledge and have no answer and refused to help my complain no is cmch031025003791.And this shows that how worst is the service of the airtel is and how bad is their customer care representatives and managers... please help i want the missed calls details of only 24/10.
