Payment Credit not received

Dear Sir,

I have made following two payments of my Airtel bill for the month of March, but I have received credit of one payment only in next bill.

1. Paid through Mchek – INR 1, 130.00 &-Credit not received

2. Paid through Credit Card – INR 1, 129.83 &-Credit received

In order to claim credit I have submitted all documents as per them requirement at Zodiac Square, SG Highway, Ahmedabad as well as submitted through mail to [email protected] & [email protected]. I was also continuously follow up with one lady manager on her mobile (No. 98980 49307) but she is saying that she is not working with Airtel. However, she is still associated with Airtel.

They are not giving satisfactory answer of my complaints. I am having all the documents but unable to attached.

Hope this will make some difference to them.
