Currently I am a customer of Bharti Airtel and seen couple of time that some of the "Airtel Pack" like "Airtel Gyan" has been activated against my mobile number and deducting money. Upon contact to the customer care executive, the person refund that money as that was deducted and de-activated that service.
But upon check that service was not stopped and the same amount being deducted accordingly. The coplain section was not accepting the complain and the behaviour was not professional.
This needs to be stopped and corrective action too.
