At last... I'd to write this... rather, Airtel made me to write like this...
What a pitiful service... what an irresponsible service... I pity Airtel... thats all I can say...
It is the 6th year I've been using my Airtel Number and it is not different from the beginning. I've been keeping the limits of my patience till now... long 6 years& from 2004 to but now, it is the ultimate torture I've received from Airtel and it is time to call it quits with them.
Always..., as every Airtel customer knows, their customer service was rudish and utmost irresponsible... and they've been looting customers shamelessly (as they've the highest degree of tariffs and costs, compared to the peers)... All this, we, poor customers suffered... only because of the Only one benefit... better coverage. For the sake of only this, you've been playing ball with your customers.
6 years I was a post paid user and I (and all other scape-goats of Airtel) paid a lot extra to Airtel. Recently I thought of converting my plan to Prepaid. I've paid all penalties to them for this ' crime' (as they consider) and at last, I lost mobile connectivity for 1 day. I'd paid the required amount to transfer to new Prepaid tariff, also, paid extra amount for recharging also. But they disconnected the service! While contacting the pathetic customer support of this world, they were talking only non-sense talks which is sufficient to make a frustrated customer to reach his heights of BP.
I'm planning to tear off my SIM card - the only reason I retained it was thinking the difficulty in informing all my friends about the new number- and burn this into ashes.
Airtel, thanks for all your 'valued' services so far.
