Dear concerned,
We are having PRI line in our office, 080-42454647 A/c No : 15793834, We are not getting bills in time. When I called many times to customer care, and sending email to [email protected], [email protected], I did not received any kind of bills and I tried to register in online, but that option is not available in website for PRI line. It is fed up with Airtel Services. When I informed with our Directors, I have been asked by them to cancel the connection and not pay any dues. I have sent cancellation email to customer care. But still response is nothing. I am wondering this why this such a big company Airtel is so negligence and lazy to provide good service to customer. Just taking bill from them to make payment is very tough. It is very very disappointment
