Respected Sir,

I beg to say that I am a prepaid Airtel user. My no. is 9897801154 . In December, suddenly it was shown that the registration of my number had been failed without the prior information. When I went to the Airtel Office situated at Bombay Plaza, Bareilly, UP, I was asked for submit my ID and get my no. I submitted my ID . But the number had not been activated. Then I again went to the office and I found that my submitted ID had been lost. Then I again submitted two IDs one by one. But the status was same. My no. is still not activated.

My total business is being finished slowly-slowly because the Airtel no. is my business no. I have a lot of loss of money and time. A lot of time has been spent. Six months has been passed.

The employee of your office in Bareilly, UP are very irresponsible. Now I can’t wait. Please activate my Airtel no. otherwise I will have to contact the Consumer Forum.
