Sir,

I had obtained a new connection from your company. It was provided to me for the reason that I am already having a connection which was supplied by Southern Railway under CUG scheme. I have been repeatedly canvassed by your marketing group to obtain extra connection which will also comes under CUG scheme for which i have paid a Rs.300/- which was collected by a representative Mr. Saran on 06/03/10.

I had been given with a number 9560061341 which was come into service and later it was disconnected for the reason which I don’t know. As such necessary action is sorted and give the connection in the same number.
