Dear Sir,
I can not able to make outgoing calls from my mobile instead of there sufficient balance and within the validity date on my mobile. I'm using a prepaid number of Bharti Airtel. the mobile number is 9818590264. The problem is remaining from 18.08. 9:00pm till date. I have put complaints several times from yesterday. Those complaints numbers are as follows,
COGCL20820353424, COGCL20820345782, COGCL20820112204.
The representative from Airtel had requested for 24 hours to solve the problem. And they said that it will be resolved by 20.08.2010 at 3:34pm. But they are unsucceeded. Thay again take a 5days time for solving the problem, though the only problem is unable to make outgoing call. but the incoming, smsing, web-browsing are going on. When I asked them to solve it as early as possible or giving me a surrogative SIM for those 5 days. They are giving me some irrelevant excuses. I have called them up for several times and everytime I remain on disappointment with their poor customer service.
I think so many common man can be suffered from this type of problems with service provider. So I heart and soul request you to take some actions against it not only for me but also for the sake of common citizen.
