Please go through the problems that I have faced with respect to the excess

charges in the past 6 months. I am not satisfied with a waiver of just Rs 800/-

as the excess charges would lead to a difference of a much higher amount. I

would like to have a complete recalculation done as per my original plan.

Please go through my mails and update me on any action which Airtel is going to

take to refund the excess amounts charged in the past 6-7 months.

Airtel being such a customer oriented organization has got such a pathetic

service, so much so that the representative who even calls to resolves the

issue after 23 days is not even aware of the case. And I need to explain the

complete case in detail to everyone calling me now and then. They don't even

have an answer to my questions.

You being a senior person I expect a prompt reply and a swift action to be

initiated at your end. Rest be assured the next thing from my side will be a

notice from the appropriate authorities.

I am absolutely surprised by the way Airtel treats the customer complaints.

Some automated replies, loads of reference numbers and then a reply that the

issue have been resolved but to no avail. I received an SMS from Airtel that

the issue has been resolved and somebody will be contacting me on 21st Sept

from-9971000270, but I never heard from them. I would request you all to take

it seriously and if this dilly dallying is the way then I might have to move

towards some alternate steps for getting it resolved.

Subject: Call Rates Increased without information

Dear Concerned Person,

I was absolutely surprised after seeing my increased bills for the past 6-7

months, considering that my usage was even lesser than previous months. I am a

subscriber of Godrej CUG 199 plan, as per the plan the call charges

communicated to me were 30 paise of Airtel and 40 paise for Non Airtel Local

numbers and for STD also the charges were lower. And apart from all this some

200 CUG calls were free and 125 local and national messages were also free.

But I just went into the details of my bill for the last month and was shocked

to see that the call rates have been increased to 50 paise and 60 paise

repsectively. Just to add on to that no free messages are applicable as per the

current and I belie
