No incoming and outgoing calls

Hi, i have a airtel mobile no.9958488987 and i am not able to make any outgoing call as well as there are also no incoming call facility. i have dis no from the last 1 year and having the problem from nearly last weak. Every time i call to any no it just disconnected and in case of incoming it says not reachable... please solve my concern as soon as possible. i also visited to the nearest Airtel authorized dealer but they are not responding to my concern.
