Regarding SMS

Dear Sir/Mam,

I m mobile user of Bharti Airtel.

my complaint is I have taken SMS pack for 35/- for 200 SMS local & National.

Today I have recd sms from Bharti Airtel Co. regarding SMS will be charged 1/- for local & 1.50/- for National SMS for the date 31-12-10 &

01-01-11 (Newyear.)

Is the co. have rights for this changes?

There is no rules & regulation?

Is (TRAI) known these type of charges?

My query is, Its valid or not??
