Wrong deduction of balance amount

Dear sir,

My name is Arun jangir and i am using airtel number 9929497244 from last 4 years but on dated 28-12 8:00 PM (approx) my balance was 123 rs. and after that i checked my balance on dated 29-12 7:00 AM that time balance was 2 rs. so i talked to customer care executive so he told me that i was using airtel live services from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM but i clame that i have already recharged of rs.98 for access of GPRS and INTERNET having limit of 2GB and that time my remaining data uses was 1000 MB (approx) so there is no chance to use airtel live services. so custmer care executive told me that we accept your complaints and you would get a positive answer before 30-12 till 5:00 PM but till now i have not get any response and my complaints number was-CBDCC31229021317 .

and he was also give me a number of Airtel Nodel office his name is Mr. Sandeep i try to call him but he refused my call and not given any positive answer. so please help me regarding this metter.
