I have been a very Loyal Airtel Customer since the very first time it was launched in Ludhiana which is almost 10years. Check all my Payment Records for the proof of it.
And in my house only we are using 15 connections from Airtel and many more in friends.
It really used to be a very Good Service provider which i always recommended, but with a very big disappointment I have to say isn't true anymore.

Complaint -
1. Internet Not working.
2. Giving Wrong / Misleading information to the Customer.
Now I'll start from beginning:
23 Feb I had called Airtel Customer Care to get my Internet services activated, I already have the BlackBerry Messenger Services activated. And I gave all the information to the Customer Service Representative. So I inquired about the Mobile Office Rs.98/- per month plan and got it activated after the Representative told me that it will work for sure in 6hours. Service Request No.36016249
But it did not work.
So I kept calling at Airtel Customer Care from one number to another, someone told me to call 121 and get it resolved, then someone told me to call 12118 and there my problem will be solved, then someone told me to call 7070 there some will surely be able to help me.
But I ended up with my problem unresolved.

And believe me or take out my call records to check on how many calls i have made to Airtel Customer Care numbers.
Now in between all these calls, many of the representatives and the technical assistance people told me that the Internet Pack I requested to be activated will surely work on my Handset (which still is not working) and some told it might not work.
Regarding this please Airtel should take out the recorded calls and check.
And it was yesterday i.e. 1 March that I went to the Airtel relationship Center, then also my problem wasn't solved and then I again called up airtel care and again my problem was not solved, so the representative transfered my call to her senior named 'Renu' and I explained all what was going on from the past week regarding my problem and she told told me that the services were activated on my number and it should for surly be working on my BlackBerry Handset and then promised me that my problem will be resolved for sure within 24hours and still neither did I receive any call from the concerned department nor is my Internet working.
As she told me that Airtel can open up the recorded call if i gave the reference no. which is = F829688360.
So please help me out of this mess created by Airtel.
As its been a real big headache for me to get a simple service like GPRS activated on my number.
And for the trouble i have been through I should be compensated, for providing of the Wrong Information.
Had it been some developed country Like USA or U.K. I could would have got a satisfactory offer!!
I mean does Airtel actually care about its Old Loyal Customers or not??
