Have been your client since last 7 years and i have never had any inconvenience which I am proud of because it helped me support Airtel.
Since last few days i am facing alot of inconvenience which is causing harrasement.
On 14th March i got the message from Airtel that total unbilled amount on my phone is 4682
On 16th March I got another message which said that the unbilled amount on my phone is 10642 which is 6000 increase with in 2 days.
I didnt go out side Delhi during this period, i dont call those hotlines then i dont understant how can my bill be this much.
Apart from this my credit limit is 7000 then i dont understand that i didnt get any intimation that my bill is 7k or 8k, it straightaway reached 10k
I have called your customer service and i didnt get any response which answers my question, I would request you to look in to it on an urgent basis.
