Automatic activation of DND services on my Mob. No. 9860934889 and do not responding to the complaints that i am talking with customer care

Airtel activated directly DND i.e Do Not Disturb services on my Mob. No. 9860934889 ; due to which i cant even recieve calls from Job Sites for my JOB references and also another promotional sms, calls, and cant even get feedback from Just Dial and all promotional services...

I am very much fed up of ailtel ; they even cant respond to the complaints i am trying to add to there customer care department... and the service they are giving to me is realy reducules and hopeless..

Plz do me favour and solve my problem so that i can get calls from job sites as well..
