Hi, I have subscribed to an Airtel landline phone (0124-4116548) for last one year. Recently I have shifted my home and requested Airtel to shift the connection to the new address well in advance. Unfortunately they did not done under the prescribed time (1 May) and did not responded to any call or comp;ains. It's been at least 30 calls which I have made to customer care but they have not responded to any one of the. There are two probles which I am facing a) Do not know wheather they have disconnected the line from the old location (to prevent it from being misused) and second due to non-availaibility of net connection at new address, my work is getting hampered.
