Dear Sir/ Madam

We are using 9910047178 postpaid connection from airtel from past many year the only problem we are facing with airtel is they are not delivered the monthly bill properly for that we have complaint serveral times to 121 / 198 or even airtel retails shop but every time we got insurance that they will resolve our complaint with in 48hrs to 72 hrs but result nothing this current month same thing happen we received message that bill delivered & kindly pay due amonut for that we have enqiure 198 regarding bill delivery where we got reply from cust care bill has been received by some Mr Gopal i can challange that nobody by this name at my home even my neighbours that shows courier company showing fake delivery to airtel & we are suffering for same

Kindly help us to resolve this issue because now this has happen again & again after every 2-3 month.
