Sub: unauthorised deduction
Hi,
My name is Rais and am an mba student. Well i just want to let everyone know Bharti airtel is the pathetic company in terms of everything i.e network, customer service, unauthorised deduction, mental harassment etc. They first deduct ur account without any reason and then be very reluctant to refund the money. I have experienced this many a times whether it wud be with me, my friends and my family.
Recently my sister got the connection from airtel (her no is 8420532613). i told initially that airtel is not the company to have ur connection with but she said lets give it a try. And Yesterday (21/07) her balance got deducted by Rs.30 without her consent and when i called up the customer care they couldn't help us either to get the refund.
At first they charge for customer care call which no other company do and they would not help u instantly which makes u spend more money on the call.today when i called them up a girl named nahid answered after 5 mins and then she couldn't solve my problem i told her at first only that if u cannot help me just transfer the line to ur supervisor. She had to transfer the line but after wasting 15-20 mins. Look to whom she had transferred, she transferresd the line to one of her collegue who claimed that he is the senior text (have ever heard of this post. His name was subrat or subrato roy.when i asked him could u solve my problem he said yeah... but end up telling me that he couldn't.then he said i transferring the line to my supervisor and kept me on hold for 10 mins. So at the end i had to disconnect the line. I end up spending 30-40 minutes on that call which cost me some money as well as they charge customer care service.
I have told my sister to part ways with bharti airtel like i did 6 months back when i had faced the some kind of a problem.
I have decided that i wont let anyone who i know suffer at bharti airtel hands.
