Incorrect Bills- No response from the Airtel

I have taken an postpadi airtel connection, CUG-199 bill plan in which I can make 600 mins of local mobile calls to any mobile (Airtel to Airtel or Airtel to Others) at free of cost. After 600 mins, I will be charged at the tarifff they decided. I have received a bill last month. When I checked the bill, the total duration of calls made to mobile phones did not exceed 10 hrs (infact it is 8 hrs 30 mins approximately). I am supposed to get this as discount in my bill (168.8 Rs which they charged), but they have given 129.40. When I called the customer care, they told me that they give the discount only for the Airtel to Airtel calls which amounts to 135.20. I then Questioned them even if that is the case I should get 135.20 Rs as the discount, but why I was given only 129.40 Rs. The rep told me that he will transfer the call to his supervisor. But he disconnected the call. It happened several times. I am fedup with the airtel and planning to switch to other service provider. I have several connections with airtel and I am not given the discounts they promised. I am ending up paying more bills which I did not want to.
