Respected sir,
i have been using Airtel friends since the past 4 and a half years. The problem is that my friends plan lapsed without any prior notification. I had lodged a complaint with the airtel customer care executive and she assured me that within 24 hours my plan would be reverted back to friends plan and my balance loss would be refunded.
When i contacted the customer care executive after 24 hours, he was adamant and said i recharged my number with Rs. 26 and changed the plan. It might have been done by another person who might have recharged the wrong number by mistake. Now i want my friends plan back. Since i can assure you that i didnt recharge my number for changing the plan. Thanking You and expexting help as soon as possible.
