Our IPTV services have been barred for the last 15-20 days without any fault at our end.
Our bill plan was wrongly changed from unlimited download plan to a limited one. Therefore they had generated a high bill. On talking with them for last 6th of sept they accepted that the plan was wrongly changed and they would activate the IPTV within 24 hours. The services have not resumed till date
As a result we cannot watch television for no fault of ours.
We request you to take immediate action against Airtel
