Dear sir/madam, this complaint is regarding wrongful deduction of my mobile account balance (mob no. 7896229718) for Rs. 50/- on 11 Sep 11 by bharti airtel. I have been using airtel mobile connection for long and several times being charged for some amount for the services i have not used or requested for. This time some game has been activated on my no. without my consent or request and Rs. 50/- has been deducted for the same. When I contacted the coustmer care for tje same, Mr. Ajit Singh who attended my complain told me that the game has been activated by me and the amount cannot be refunded. I have forwarded a request to stop the service on my no. Sir, this is totally a helpless situation for a mobile user when the service provider deducts the balance on the name of. Activation of some or the other service and the customer has t io bear the loss. This is a fraud on the part of service provider and harresment of the customer.
