My name is Bahauddin Shaikh, i had called Airtel Customer Care at 02:31 am on 16th September for call charges inquiry. Mr. Sushil Nikam (Customer Care Associate) answered my call and greeted very well, i informed him that my call charges has changed to Re. 1/min from 1ps/sec. Mr. Nikam informed me that the validity for 1ps/sec calling is expired on my number and that pack is no more available with Airtel. He said he cannot help me in this but proactively he offered me another pack of 72ps/min which i didnt liked.
After this conversation i asked him the details of the number like on whose name is the card registered but Mr. Nikam asked me my name and i did as asked by him. He said the card is not registered by the name of Bahauddin Shaikh but its registered with some other name. I informed him that i have personally submitted my documents two times in airtel frechisees, once when i had taken the New Connection and other when it was mandatory to re-submit as per governments rule. Still Mr. Nikam said that i might have submitted the wrong number and he was getting hyper while talking to me, I informed him several times that the documents submitted were correct and there is some mistake from airtel and i asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor so that i can discuss the same with him. Instead of transferring the call he started arguing with me by saying that "MY SUPERVISORS WILL PROVIDE YOU THE SAME INFORMATION WHICH I DID AND AS OF NOW THERE ARE NO SUPERVISORS AVAILABLE ON THE FLOOR" i requested him many a times to transfer the call then he said if you dont listen to me then i will have to end your call, he told me this couple of time and disconnected my call.
I would desperately want your team to take some strict action against it as my data is been misplaced with them and who will be responsible for the misuse now.
I would be expecting a revert in next 48 hrs.
