No activation of GPRS NOP

Respected sir,

I am S.Nath, from Purulia, West Bengal, my mobile no is 9933515179 (Airtel). I am a customer of Airtel since 2007. I have recharged my prepaid account with easy recharge of Rs/- 104.00, on 31.10.2011 at 10.41 a.m. (Trans. ID - 686298699) for one month subscription of Airtel NOP service. But Airtel do not activate that service after taking a number of requests until today 06.11.2011. Even the customer care personal tried to misguide me. This is very disgusting that a leading telecom provider like Airtel is so careless about their customer. This is my last time request to activate that service otherwise I will shift to Vodafone as soon as possible.
