Airtel wants us to pay 4 their mistake

My airtel landline number 080-41103451, for which i wanted to change the plan to unlimited broadband (Rs 999/-)from the curent plan. I Informed the call centre through mail and also by calling them and the same was changed (as informed over the phone and through the mail). This activity was in August.

But when the bill has come it shows the same old plan and the amount due for payment is Rs -. Repeated complaints to Bharti airtels office has not given any results.

On non payment of the above amount they have barred our outgoing services and broadband.

The airtel call centre to whom i spoke have agreed to the mistake but still insists me to pay the amount.

I request the govt authorities to take suitable action

This disconnection has had a severe toll over my business.
