Surrender of Airtel Fixed LandLine number 033 40073552

Dear Sir

We have made a surrender request for our landline number 03340073552 on 25.01.2012. The reference number given was 10818464. I received a call from your executive and I told him that I dont want the connection.

I again called on 06th Feb for enquiring about the status of the disconnection process. I was shocked to hear that the executive who called me had written that the customer wants back the connection and it should not be diconnected.

I again made the complaint on 06th Feb and got a reference number 11311006 for the surrender of phone.

So please stop playing all these silly games with me and discoonect the service.
