Outgoing not working since last 7 months

My Airtel Landline outgoing# 011 47542335 is not working since September'2011 and everytime I logged complaint in Airtel customer care the service request was closed without any resolutions and intimations. Following are few of the complaints I lodged however till date my outgoing is not made active, I need a adjustment against my bill for these 8 months loss:

I request you to take strict action agaisnt the bharti Airtel Telecomminaction company and provide adjustment inmy bill for the loss of free call and montly rent I had to pay (minimum of Rs.1000).
