Unnecessary balance deduction

O sir,

This is ankit choudhary here.sir this to inform you that that today that is on 20th of may, around 3:30pm my Rs 45 got deducted from my main balance.previously i was having 45.90rs and now its showing 00.90.when i called the customer care 121 they told me to call 198 for further assistance and when i called 198 they told me its not their department and tolld me to call 121 which again i did.but now i dont know what have they done as soon as i reach the confirmation of reaching the customer care executive my call gets automatically cut.sir i am a very old user of airtel and i have a lot of trust in you and i spent a lot on recharges which you can check.so why did you cut 45rs sir.i want it back. Please look into the matter sir, i would be highly oblidged.
