Hi I have made a payment from my Citi Credit card bill payment service for monthly bill of March.

But it was never applied to the account. I had sent few emails and scanned copy of my citi credit card stmt also

to [email protected] (Debonila Poddar Appellate Office Bharti airtel limited) and [email protected]

but no satisfactory answer was given.

I paid Rs 771/- on 28th March using Citi bank bill payment option for account no: 7000375967 for land line no:02041322903,
