Hi.
Have Being an loyal customer of Airtel for the past 7 years. Recently i had shifted to a new residence, wherein there is no network at my place. Have been rigourously following up with Airtel customer care & network for the past two & half months via mails & 121help line, but still now there is no solution provided as yet. The network team had visited by residence & had checked the network & signals and have recommended to fix an booster at my place. But yet the booster is yet to be fixed, nor there is any call from the customer care or network team. Have been only given false commitment & promises time an again. Airtel customer care service is pathetic & i dont see any improvement or any sign of my complaint getting resolved. So planning to shift my connection to an an good service provider.
